Hi! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Courtney and I own Pretty Pineapple Bakery. I'm a cottage foods baker which means I bake out of my home. I focus on custom sugar cookies and love what I do.

Before cookies, I was a Mortgage Loan Officer. I enjoyed my work but really wanted to be home with my kids. Once I made the decision to be at home with my boys, cookies really just fell into my lap. My mom really pushed me into it so she could have a personal "cookie lady" and she just got lucky that I had a knack for it! I absolutely love making cookies. It is the perfect outlet for my creativity. I'm a wife and a mom of two young boys. I love Jesus and my family. Again, I'm truly so happy you've stopped by and hope to cookie your next event!
